IT’S TIME TO MAKE A CHANGE.

MEET christine, Licensed counselor IN maryland.

I can imagine:

You're here because you feel like YOU CAN’T keep up this pace.

You’re feeling overwhelmed, with stress and tension weighing on you. It feels unmanageable. You know something needs to change, yet the intensity of it all leaves you feeling isolated. Anxiety manifests in your body, in the pit of your stomach or as a tightness in your chest, serving as a physical reminder of the emotional strain you’re carrying.

Fear can create discomfort, yet it also sparks courage, encouraging you to confront your challenges directly and embrace personal growth.

You want more out of life.

well, you’re in the right spot.

My background

I’ve spent over 15 years serving individuals and couples.

  • Therapeutic Modalities:

    • “Top-Down” Approach: Brain → Body

      • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Through CBT, I help you identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. This structured approach encourages you to challenge negative beliefs and make intentional choices that support your mental health.

      • Solution-Focused Therapy: By using evidence-based, solution-focused techniques, I provide measurable, strength-based strategies tailored to your unique goals. This data-driven scientific approach is ideal if you’re looking for a results-oriented path to progress.

      “Bottom-Up” Approach: Body → Brain

      • Biofeedback: Integrating biofeedback empowers you to monitor your physiological responses, promoting self-regulation and reducing stress. Biofeedback is especially effective if you’re looking to better understand and control your physical reactions to emotional stressors.

      • Somatic Therapy: Using a somatic approach, we’ll focus on healing through body awareness and movement, addressing trauma and emotional pain held in the body. This technique is designed to help you reconnect with your body, process trauma, and promote holistic healing.
