I can imagine:
You’ve spent years pushing yourself.
Overworking, striving to meet expectations, and putting others first, only to find anxiety or depression creeping in. You may feel disconnected from your emotions, unsure how to name what you’re feeling or how to care for yourself.
Maybe you’ve learned to hide parts of who you are to fit in.
You’re craving support that helps you reconnect, through creativity, emotional awareness, and healing relationships, so you can live with more balance, authenticity, and meaning.
well, you’re in the right spot.

Kelly was born and raised in Howard County, Maryland and attended a Montessori School and high school at Garrison Forest school in Owings Mills, Maryland. Kelly has always had a love for learning, an interest in people and an enthusiasm for the creative arts and nature. In her adult years, her adventurous spirit led her to Boston, MA to pursue a bachelor's degree in the fine arts (Painting) with a minor in Sociology and in preparation for her mission to combine the creative arts and psychotherapy to support the wellbeing of individuals, families and communities as a licensed mental health professional.
Kelly has the mindset that life is a creative act and that each of us has innate potential and wisdom to tap into in order to live our best lives. She values living with authenticity and intention and is inspired daily by the simplicity of nature, along with her art, yoga and meditation practices. On the weekends she enjoys gardening, working on DIY projects, family dinners and watching movies with her partner and her “fur babies”, her german shepherd, Lucie and miniature dachshund, Charlie Brown.
