I can imagine:
You’re here because your symptoms feel like they’re taking over.
Anxiety, mood shifts, or persistent distress may be leaving you without the clarity or emotional space to do the deeper work you know you need. You’re looking for stability — not as a solution on its own, but as a foundation.
You want care that’s thoughtful and collaborative.
Support that considers medication alongside evidence-based therapy, helping reduce symptom intensity so you can engage more fully in your life and values.
You’re ready for meaningful change — grounded in integrated, whole-person care.
well, you’re in the right spot.

Outside of sessions, I’m curious, grounded, and drawn to adventure. Raised in a military family, I learned early how to adapt to change and build meaningful connections. Along with my background as a merchant mariner and private pilot, these experiences shaped my appreciation for perspective and uncertainty. I enjoy history, gardening, cooking, music, tinkering around the house, fishing, and time on the water, as well as laughing with my dogs, family, and friends. This life experience is balanced by a strong foundation in nursing and psychiatry—bringing together compassion, clinical skill, and a thoughtful, collaborative approach to your wellness journey.
