Maybe you're carrying anxiety or depression that's harder to shake than it used to be. Maybe you're in the middle of a life transition, feeling the weight of burnout, or holding yourself to a standard of perfection that's exhausting to maintain. Perhaps it's your relationships, or trauma — your own or passed down through generations — that keeps surfacing in ways you're ready to understand.

If you're an adult looking for a space to work through it with support, not judgment, I would love to work with you.

I can imagine:

You are here because it shouldn’t be this hard.

I can’t wait to meet you.

RELATIONAL CARE FOR individuals

I work with adults 25 and older, helping them navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, professional identity, burnout, perfectionism, relationships, and trauma (including generational trauma).

I use approaches like Nature Informed Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness to help clients gain clarity and create meaningful, lasting change.

TYPES OF THERAPY

Outside of the therapy room, you can usually find me teaching HIIT classes, strength training, horseback riding, or spending time outside on a trail somewhere. I’m naturally curious and love exploring new ideas around psychology, technology, wellness, and what helps us live more meaningful lives. I also enjoy trying new restaurants and coffee shops, traveling, spending time with friends, and finding little adventures close to home. I’m continually practicing the same balance I encourage in therapy: knowing when to challenge myself, when to slow down, and how to build a life that actually feels good to live.
